Established in 1979, Linc Facility Services (formerly Affiliated Building Services) was originally formed to meet the Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation’s need for staff to operate and maintain equipment at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
After its initial entry into aviation facility management and operations and maintenance, Linc Facility Services expanded into other industries where delivery of facility services is critical. Perhaps the strongest indicator of the company’s demonstrated performance and value to customers is the fact that Linc Facility Services has been chosen to provide facility services for its original client year after year since the relationship began nearly three decades ago.
